Training Course in Building Community Partnerships for Hospitals (Online / Remote)

1Summary

A hospital can have the best equipment in the region and still lose patients' trust if the community around it feels unheard. Community engagement is what closes that gap — it is what turns a hospital from a building people visit only when they have to into a partner the neighbourhood actually trusts.

This course, delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, gives healthcare professionals the knowledge and practical tools to engage effectively with the communities they serve: the core principles of engagement, real-world collaboration strategies, and how to build the kind of sustainable partnerships that actually move health outcomes.

Who should attend?

  • Healthcare managers, administrators, and hospital communication officers.
  • Community health coordinators and outreach teams.
  • Public health professionals and anyone interested in improving patient and community relationships.

  • Use practical tools to build and sustain relationships with community stakeholders.
