Advanced Training Course in Construction Project Management (Online / Remote)
1Summary
A construction project rarely collapses because of bad concrete or a missed measurement — it collapses because nobody managed the scope, the budget, the risk, or the people behind it. That is the gap this Construction Project Management Training Course is built to close.
Delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, the course walks through the full body of project management knowledge and applies it directly to the built environment: contracts, procurement, tendering, and the legal side of construction, alongside the general management, finance, and property fundamentals that sit behind every project. International best practice is combined with practical, region-specific experience to give participants a reference they can use on real sites, not just in theory.
