Strategic Logistics Planning: Warehousing, Control and Customer-Focused Operations (Online / Remote)

1Summary

Good logistics planning is invisible when it works — products simply arrive where and when they should. It only becomes visible when it fails. This Arab British Fellowship Training Academy course focuses on building that invisible reliability, teaching participants to design and manage an integrated system that controls the flow and storage of materials, parts and finished products from supply source to end consumer.

Beyond warehousing and control, this course looks at logistics through a strategic lens: monitoring shifting local and global markets, building the human capabilities a logistics team needs, and orienting every process toward the customer the organisation ultimately serves.
