Insurance Investigations in Practice: Arbitration, Disputes and Fraud Detection (Online / Remote)
1Summary
Insurance only works if claims are genuine — which is exactly why insurance companies need people who know how to investigate, verify and, when necessary, challenge them. This Arab British Fellowship Training Academy course builds those investigation skills, along with solid grounding in managing insurance policies for employees at companies and institutions and applying legal insurance terms correctly.
Insurance companies, particularly joint-stock ones, exist to achieve collectively what individuals would otherwise have to manage alone: they collect premiums, reinvest them across diverse channels to generate meaningful returns, and use those returns to compensate people harmed by insured risks. They reach policyholders either directly or through intermediaries — agents and brokers who connect the company to the people it insures.
