Training Course in Modern Approaches to Administrative Investigation and Violation Detection (Online / Remote)
1Summary
The relationship between an employee and their administration runs in both directions: the employee is bound by the duties and obligations that civil-service law sets out, while the administration is barred from standing in the way of the rights those same laws grant — and from using its authority arbitrarily, beyond the powers that public office actually gives it. Protecting that balance is exactly the job of the legal investigator or committee member, and it demands a high level of professionalism at the moment a decision gets made.
Arab British Fellowship Training Academy designed this course around that responsibility. A sound recommendation has to rest on a legal basis, built from the facts an investigator actually uncovers through the course of the inquiry — the documents reviewed, the witness statements heard — and delivered only once full conviction has been reached. This course walks through the skills a legal investigator needs to get there, module by module.
