Training Course in Retirement Law, Social Insurance and Legal Contract Management in the Arab World (Online / Remote)
1Summary
Germany introduced the world's first state pension system in 1880, and today almost every advanced economy runs some version of it — sponsored by employers, the state, or both, and in many Western constitutions written in as a citizen's right. Arab British Fellowship Training Academy built this course around that same idea: retirement and social insurance is a core tool for financial security, and the legal professionals who manage it need skills that go well beyond memorising provisions.
Because retirement law and social insurance play such a central role in the wellbeing of modern societies, most countries have worked to build proper insurance systems for their citizens, to the point that comprehensive insurance has become a standard pillar of public policy debate around the world. This course pairs that legal framework with the broader legal-management, drafting and negotiation skills participants need to apply it in practice.
