Training Course: Modern Governance as the Engine of Institutional Development (Online / Remote)

1Summary

Boards and executive teams rarely fail because they lack ambition — they fail because governance stayed a paperwork exercise instead of becoming a working system. In a climate where institutions face growing pressure for transparency, accountability and measurable performance, treating governance as a box to tick rather than a strategic asset is no longer an option. That shift in mindset is the starting point of this programme from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy.

Modern governance is the foundation for sound decision-making, risk management, stakeholder engagement and long-term resilience. This course connects that foundation directly to institutional development, giving participants an integrated view of how governance, structure, leadership and performance management combine to build institutions ready for whatever comes next.
