Training Course in Operational Excellence for Project Managers (Online / Remote)

1Summary

A project plan is only as good as the operations that execute it day to day. Good planning gets a project started, but it is disciplined, well-coordinated operations that keep it on schedule and within budget all the way to delivery, and that is where most projects actually lose ground.

This course from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy works through the fundamentals of project management with a strong operational lens: coordinating teams, improving day-to-day performance, and applying modern tools that turn a plan into results. Participants leave able to handle the practical challenges that determine whether a project succeeds, risk, quality, and team coordination, not just the theory behind them.
