Coastal and Marine Environmental Management Course (Online / Remote)
1Summary
No single agency can protect a coastline on its own. Real coastal protection happens when environmental ministries, local municipalities, and the communities living along the shore work from the same playbook — and that coordination is usually the hardest part, harder than any single technical fix. This course focuses on building exactly that kind of joined-up environmental management capacity.
The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy designed this programme for anyone who wants to strengthen their overall environmental management skills, with a specific focus on how to keep marine and coastal environments safe and financially sustainable. Coastal and marine environmental management is, by nature, harder to run without combined effort from stakeholders, community management, and government bodies together — and that shared challenge is precisely what determines whether a coastline stays sustainable or not.
