Hotel Operations Leadership and Guest Experience Course (Online / Remote)
1Summary
A five-star rating on paper means nothing if the guest checking in tonight has a bad experience. Hotels compete less on room count these days and more on how well they run — how fast complaints get resolved, how smoothly departments talk to each other, and how consistent service feels from the front desk to housekeeping. This course was built around that reality, training hotel professionals to lead operations the way top international properties do.
The hospitality and tourism sector is one of the largest employers on the planet, paying out well over a trillion and a half dollars in wages every year and creating roughly 12 million jobs annually, with the industry growing at around 8% a year. Hotels are graded from one to five stars based on service quality, comfort, and amenities, and qualified graduates of this programme are prepared to work across that entire range — in hotels, resorts, cruise ships, airlines, and conference organisation companies. The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy designed this course to transfer internationally recognised hotel management practice directly to participants' daily work.
