Course on Identifying and Closing Training Gaps in Municipal Teams (Online / Remote)
1Summary
Municipal work almost always starts the same way: a group of residents wants better services for their neighborhood, a local council forms around that goal, and within a short time administrative, planning and financial problems start piling up faster than anyone expected. The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy built this course around that exact turning point — the moment a municipality realizes its team needs structured training to keep up.
Rather than offering generic management theory, the course focuses on how to identify what a municipal team is actually missing, then close those gaps with the right mix of academic grounding and hands-on practice.
