Course on Diagnosing and Solving Urban Management Problems (Online / Remote)
1Summary
Big cities come with big problems — traffic jams, overflowing waste, aging roads, and growing demand on green space — and it falls on municipal administration to work through all of it at once. The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy designed this course to give municipal staff a structured way to diagnose these recurring problems and apply workable solutions.
Rather than treating each issue in isolation, the course looks at how problems and solutions connect across the different sides of municipal work — from road planning to environmental protection to daily services — so participants leave with a practical toolkit rather than a list of unrelated fixes.
