Turning Purchase Data Into Decisions: A Training Course in Procurement Evaluation and Analysis (Online / Remote)

1Summary

Every purchase order looks like a routine transaction until you add them all up — and the total tells you whether procurement is protecting the company’s money or quietly draining it. This Arab British Fellowship Training Academy course is built to give participants that long-range strategic view of how products and services should actually be evaluated inside a procurement department.

Modern companies run on methodical, branching organisational structures, and procurement is one of their most consequential branches. This course covers how to determine company needs and check them against set standards, how to review purchase requests against the company’s actual resource stock, and how the data generated by day-to-day purchasing can steer the whole company toward a more stable, balanced financial position.
