From Best Bid to Solid Contract: A Training Course in Evaluation and Contracting Skills (Online / Remote)
1Summary
Picking the right bid is only half the job — the other half is turning that choice into a contract that actually protects the company once the ink is dry. This Arab British Fellowship Training Academy course covers both halves together, for anyone responsible for evaluating tenders and then following through into a signed agreement.
Tenders are one of a company’s core commercial relationships: the company states a need, suppliers submit bids, and a bid committee — drawn from across administrative and financial functions — has to decide which offer is truly the most suitable, not just the cheapest on paper. This course covers the precise criteria that decision should rest on, and the contracting and negotiation skills needed to close the deal on terms that hold up.
