Warehouse Operations and Smart Procurement: A Practical Training Course (Online / Remote)

1Summary

A warehouse manager who can quote last month’s numbers but cannot tell you what is actually short on the shelf today has a problem no spreadsheet alone will fix. This course from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy pairs two skills that usually get taught apart: running a warehouse’s daily operations properly, and buying what it needs — including through electronic purchasing — without wasting time or money.

Good warehouse management starts before the goods even arrive: choosing the right site, inspecting and recording what comes in, and organising it so it can be found again. Electronic purchasing then removes a huge amount of the manual effort managers used to spend chasing suppliers and paperwork. This course walks through both halves of that picture, end to end.
