Hotel Front Desk Operations and Guest Experience Training Course (Online / Remote)

1Summary

A guest forms an opinion about a hotel within the first few minutes of arrival – long before they even see the room. That moment belongs entirely to the front desk team, which is why front office performance is one of the strongest predictors of guest satisfaction and repeat business in the hospitality industry.

This training course by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy builds the operational knowledge, communication skills and procedural accuracy front office staff need to manage reservations, check-in and check-out, handle daily challenges and emergencies with professionalism, and strengthen a hotel's reputation and guest loyalty in line with international hospitality standards.
