Nutrition, Food Safety and Public Health: A Training Course (Online / Remote)

1Summary

Health is not simply the absence of disease, and it is definitely not something you get once and keep forever — it comes from either treating illness through recovery and rehabilitation, or protecting it in people who are already healthy. Food sits right at the centre of that second path: what we eat and drink, alongside a healthy environment and a reasonable degree of psychological wellbeing, largely determines which side of that line we stay on.

This training course from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy is part of the Academy's wider public-health curriculum, built to modern scientific standards, and looks specifically at where nutrition, food safety and public health meet.
