Training Course on Preventing Project Failure Before It Happens (Online / Remote)

1Summary

Why do some projects reach their goals while others - with similar budgets and similar teams - collapse before they get there? The causes range from internal missteps in how the project is run to external forces tied to the economic climate of the place where it operates, and they rarely act alone; usually it's a combination of factors working together that pushes a project out of the race.

Is there a way to avoid that outcome? The starting point is a full understanding of what causes projects to fail, and then working deliberately to prevent it - which is exactly the approach behind modern project management. Arab British Fellowship Training Academy built this course to walk participants through every cause of project failure and how to avoid it, while also examining the role modern technology plays in project management, backed by practical analysis of both successful and failed projects.
