Training Course in Writing a Winning Business Plan (Online / Remote)

1Summary

Investors rarely fund an idea on its own — they fund a plan that shows the idea has been tested against the market, the numbers, and the risks. A business plan is that roadmap: it guides a business through its various stages of growth and is often the single document that decides whether investors and partners get on board.

This course walks participants through every stage a commercial project passes through, from the initial groundwork to preparation, execution, follow-up, and final evaluation. Each project has its own timeline suited to its activities, and building the plan means thinking seriously about budget and cost alongside market analysis, financial forecasts, and marketing, sales, and HR strategy, all of which fall under preparing a solid business plan.
