Exercise for Health and Performance Training Course (Online / Remote)

1Summary

People who rely mostly on mental effort — business owners, office employees, managers — are often the first to sacrifice physical activity under pressure of deadlines, and the first to pay for it in fatigue, stress and long-term chronic disease. Yet the scientific evidence is clear: even moderate, regular exercise measurably reduces that risk and improves both mood and productivity.

The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy designed this course as part of its wider wellness and self-development offering, alongside courses in life and time management. Participants leave with a practical understanding of how physical activity protects the body and mind, and how to build it realistically into a demanding schedule.

2Objectives and target group
