Managing the Employee Journey: From Recruitment to Resignation Training Course (Online / Remote)

1Summary

From the first CV that lands on a recruiter's desk to the exit interview on someone's last day, HR touches an employee's entire time at a company — and every one of those touchpoints shapes whether that relationship succeeds. The Managing the Employee Journey Training Course from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy frames HR management as a coherent, strategic approach to the people who drive a company's results, individually and as teams, with one overarching goal: helping the company succeed through its employees.

The course follows that journey step by step — the initial recruitment contact and what follows it, onboarding and the probationary period, and finally the end of the employment relationship through resignation and its procedures — giving participants a practical, end-to-end view of HR's role at each stage.
