Diabetes Care in Practice: Monitoring, Insulin and Daily Life (Online / Remote)

1Summary

Diabetes does not have to dictate a person's life, but only if it is actively and correctly managed from day one. As a chronic condition where blood sugar sits above the normal 70-110 mg/dL range because of a partial or total insulin deficiency, diabetes, whether Type 1 or the more common Type 2, where an underperforming pancreas struggles to convert glucose efficiently, demands consistent, informed management from the health professionals supporting patients.

The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy is pleased to offer a course on improving diabetes management, part of a wider series of health safety courses built for public health workers.
