Training Course: Recognising and Resolving Bullying and Abuse at Work (Online / Remote)
1Summary
Workplace bullying rarely looks like the version most people picture from school. It can be verbal, non-verbal, psychological or physical; it can show up as humiliation or as rumours quietly spread through a team; and because it usually plays out between a manager and the people who report to them - though colleagues can be involved too - it often hides inside the organisation's own rules and everyday routines, which is exactly what makes it so hard to catch and stop.
This training course from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy is built to define these issues clearly, show the different forms they take, and walk through the tools organisations actually use to address them - with the end goal of building a workplace free of the obstacles that get in the way of success, development and reaching organisational goals.
