Managing the End-to-End Supply Chain: From Procurement to Distribution (Online / Remote)
1Summary
Picture a product moving from raw material to a customer's hands: it passes through suppliers, manufacturing, assembly, warehouses, and distribution networks before it ever reaches the market. Coordinating that whole network — commonly known as the supply chain — has become one of the clearest sources of competitive advantage for manufacturing and service companies alike, which is why research and dedicated solutions in this field (from firms such as Manugistics) have grown so fast over the past years.
The Managing the End-to-End Supply Chain course, delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, walks participants through this network in both its art and science: the flow and storage of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods from origin to final consumption. It also focuses on the procurement side in warehouses — modern store management methods, inventory control, internal planning, and how to deal with problem stock and slow-moving items.
