From Sourcing to Settlement: A Training Course on Supply Chain, Tendering and Arbitration Committees (Online / Remote)
1Summary
A supply chain rarely fails because of one big mistake — it fails through a chain of smaller gaps: a badly written tender, a supplier relationship left unmanaged, a dispute nobody planned for. This course follows that full chain, from sourcing and vendor selection through to the tendering process, and on to how arbitration committees step in when a procurement disagreement needs a formal, fair resolution.
Participants also look at the software side of modern supply-chain management — the systems that track goods, data and finances from origin to final destination — and the behavioural codes that keep tender and arbitration committees transparent and defensible.
