Municipal Project Execution and Performance Management Program (Online / Remote)

1Summary

A municipal project can be approved, funded and still stall halfway through — because nobody tracked its true cost against its plan, or built a clear timeline for each phase. The Municipal Project Execution and Performance Management Program is designed to close that gap for the people responsible for delivering municipal work on the ground.

Municipalities are the government body behind city and village development: lighting roads, beautifying streets, implementing citizen schemes, organising markets, managing rainwater drainage, and monitoring land and building violations. The mayor holds broad authority over implementation, employment and procurement, with the power to delegate to deputies. This program builds the practical management skills needed to keep that work on time, on budget and accountable to citizens.
