Developing Labour Relations Skills for Institutional Representatives (Online / Remote)
1Summary
Trade union representatives and front-line supervisors sit at the point where policy meets people — they're the ones who explain decisions, handle friction, and keep day-to-day relations working. This programme from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy is built specifically for in-house delivery to that group inside medium and large organisations.
By the end of the programme, participants manage themselves effectively and communicate well, carry out the functions and processes their role requires, and have a clear grasp of employee relations systems and legislation. The programme also builds their ability to manage people day to day, interact confidently with groups, handle conflict as it comes up, and apply — and take part in — the formal procedures that govern employee relations.
