Training Course in Reading Body Language to Negotiate More Effectively (Online / Remote)
1Summary
People rarely say everything out loud at the negotiating table — a crossed arm, a held gaze, a shift in tone often carries more real information than the words being spoken. This Arab British Fellowship Training Academy programme starts from that gap between what is said and what is actually communicated, and trains participants to close it.
The course builds both sides of the skill: speaking and structuring messages clearly during negotiation, and reading, accurately, not just intuitively, the body language that reveals what the other side is really thinking, whether the setting is administrative, commercial or personal.
