Training Course in Building a Supportive and Health-Conscious Workplace (Online / Remote)

1Summary

There is a direct, well-documented link between employee health and business continuity: when workplaces manage safety and wellbeing reactively, the cost shows up in absenteeism, turnover and preventable incidents. A genuinely supportive workplace is not built by policy documents alone – it is built by understanding what employees actually need, and putting the right legal, ethical and practical frameworks in place to meet those needs.

The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy offers this course to build exactly that capability. Participants examine the legal and ethical foundations of a safe workplace, the policies and programs that create genuine support, and the practical skills needed to manage occupational health, workplace risk, and the needs of employees living with illness – all while balancing the wellbeing of the whole team.
