1Summary

Many recent studies in the organizational structure of medical organizations continue to examine the effectiveness of these organizations, particularly when it is related to the work of the administrative and medical bodies that administer the medical services. Those who administer any medical organization must have qualities and skills that lead to quality service. Some of the characteristics of the health service managers, but in general, the administrative and organizational foundations that qualify these individuals remain the same.
