Course Content

Recruitment

  • Advertising the position through several channels and methods.
  • Shortlisting CVs that match the job requirements.
  • Scheduling a test date for candidates.
  • Scheduling a personal interview with the requesting manager and then the general manager.
  • If accepted, the candidate is given the appointment documentation and a start date is set.
  • If the candidate is not accepted, their name, interview date, and test and interview results are recorded in a dedicated recruitment Excel file, and their CV is kept on file along with their test results.

Onboarding

  • The appointment is finalized and the contract signed once the required paperwork is complete.
  • Coordinating with the purchasing department to prepare a phone line, mobile phone, laptop and bag.
  • Preparing a suitable workspace for the new employee.
  • Requesting a company email account for the new employee.
  • Sending the new employee's details to the accounting department.
  • Sending a welcome email introducing the new employee, including their position, phone number and company email address.
  • Entering the employee's data and documents into the employee database.
  • Submitting a membership application to the health insurance company.

Company Instructions and Policies

  • The employee is informed of company policy.
  • An introduction to the company and its field of work.
  • Attendance and departure times.
  • The penalties and bonuses policy.

The Employee Remains on a Three-Month Probationary Period, After Which They Are Evaluated

Resignation

  • If an employee leaves the company, their manager and the HR department must be informed at least a month before their resignation date.
  • The accounting department is notified of the employee's resignation so it can calculate the cost of the remaining medical insurance period or any other financial matters.
  • The HR department conducts a personal interview with the resigning employee to learn the reason for leaving.
  • The employee must return company property (laptop, phone line, mobile) in the same good condition in which it was received.
  • The employee must fully hand over their work to their manager or to another employee.
  • The employee receives all amounts owed to them from the finance department.
  • The HR department returns the employee's file to them, including (birth certificate or extract thereof, graduation certificate, personal photos, Form 6, insurance number, military service status certificate).
  • The remaining documents are kept on file.
