Identifying a risk is only half the job — what actually protects a project is what happens next: choosing the right response, building it into a workable plan, and tracking it as conditions shift. This course picks up where basic risk awareness leaves off, focusing on turning risk analysis into disciplined action across the full lifecycle of a project, from events and venues to construction and operations.
Participants work through structured methods for setting risk objectives, evaluating exposure with both qualitative and quantitative tools, selecting a response strategy, and keeping that response under active monitoring and control. The course also looks at the organizational and cultural side — how governance, stakeholder roles, and a risk-aware culture determine whether a plan actually gets followed.
