Process units cannot start up reliably until the supporting utilities behind them are proven ready, which is why structured Utilities Commissioning is one of the first real tests of a project's operational readiness. This training course gives participants a complete, practical grounding in commissioning and readiness for utility systems, connecting utility performance directly to real plant safety, reliability, and startup outcomes.
Participants will strengthen their understanding of commissioning steam systems for safe, stable generation and distribution, and will build practical competency in verifying water systems that support cooling, process, and utility demands. The course places strong emphasis on commissioning compressed air systems that keep instrumentation and process equipment running reliably, and develops sound skills in verifying electrical systems that power every part of the facility.
