Plenty of teams can produce an impressive Operational Readiness Planning document and still watch it stall once construction accelerates — the real test of a readiness plan is whether it survives contact with a live project schedule. This training course is built around that test, taking participants from the earliest planning decisions through to genuine, on-the-ground implementation of operational readiness on capital projects.
