No process unit can start reliably on top of utility systems that have not themselves been proven ready, which is exactly why utilities commissioning tends to be the first real test of whether a project's readiness claims hold up. This training course goes system by system through that test, giving participants a complete, practical grounding in commissioning the utilities that every plant depends on.
Participants build competency in commissioning steam systems for safe, stable generation and distribution, verifying water systems that support cooling and process demands, and commissioning compressed air systems that keep instrumentation running reliably. The course finishes with verifying electrical systems that power every part of the facility, and coordinating all four utility streams with the process unit startup sequence.
