This training course gives participants a complete, practical grounding in managing construction equipment and heavy machinery, connecting planning and maintenance decisions directly to site productivity and safety.
Participants start with equipment maintenance: the preventive and corrective programmes that reduce downtime and extend service life. From there, the course builds practical skill in safe crane operations, planning excavators and other earthmoving equipment for varied site conditions, and applying fleet management principles that keep utilisation and cost under control across multiple projects.
