Replacing a deteriorated concrete structure can cost several times more than restoring it, and in most cases it is not even necessary. With the right diagnosis and technique, columns, slabs, and beams that show cracking, spalling, or corrosion damage can be returned to safe, long-term service through effective Concrete Repair. This training course builds that diagnostic and technical capability, connecting accurate condition assessment directly to durable, cost-effective repair and strengthening solutions.
Participants will build practical competency in selecting and applying crack repair techniques suited to different crack types and causes, and will develop sound judgment in planning rehabilitation strategies for aging and deteriorated structures. The course gives particular attention to modern FRP strengthening methods for enhancing structural capacity, and to planning and executing structural restoration works that restore both safety and serviceability.
