Agile Ways of Working: Your Path to the ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) Credential (Online / Remote)

Summary

Teams that still plan a year in advance and only discover a product doesn't work once it ships are the ones losing ground to competitors who adapt every two weeks. That gap is exactly what Agile ways of working close, and it is why organizations across every sector are pushing their people toward a real, working command of Agile rather than a textbook one. The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy designed this course to build that command from the ground up, preparing participants for the globally recognized ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) credential along the way.

Rather than starting with definitions, the course puts participants inside the frameworks that make Agile work day to day — Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Extreme Programming — and shows when each one earns its place on a team. From there, it moves into the roles, ceremonies, and artifacts that keep an Agile team honest: the Product Owner's backlog, the Scrum Master's facilitation, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. By the close of the program, attendees will have both the mindset and the practical toolkit to run Agile delivery with confidence and to pursue further ICAgile certifications.
