Training Course in Managing International Conferences and Media Statements (Online / Remote)

Summary

A conference or exhibition either lands the message an organization wants to send, or it quietly undermines it — there is rarely a middle ground. Between the venue, the broadcast equipment, the translation booth, the sponsors and the press, dozens of moving parts have to line up at the same moment for an event to actually work. The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy built this course to walk participants through exactly what that coordination looks like in practice, from the first planning meeting to the closing media statement.

The course pairs the technical side of running a conference — venue, visual identity, broadcast and translation — with the strategic side of managing exhibitions: who the stakeholders are, how partnerships and bids work, and how a new event concept gets built, marketed and evaluated from the ground up.
