Good financial numbers don’t manage themselves — a project team has to plan them, question them, and act on them. This Managing Project Teams and Investment Risk Training Course by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy looks at project decision-making from both sides: how a project team is organised and evaluated, and how that team assesses risk and judges whether an investment is actually worth making.
Participants examine how project teams are built and assessed, how risk connects to institutional policy and gets categorised and investigated in the field, and how investment decisions get tested — from studying an opportunity and running feasibility studies to reading return on investment and moving a project through to implementation. The result is a practical view of how teams, risk and financial judgement come together on a real project.
