To build an effective security strategy, it is crucial to address specific risks that workers may face. For instance, security protocols for an oil facility differ greatly from those needed for construction projects. The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy emphasizes that every security plan must consider both fixed and adaptable rules in line with modern scientific advancements. Thorough planning, with ample time for risk assessment, should include all safety protocols aimed at health and safety. This approach ensures the protection of essential production elements and includes measures for fire prevention, environmental safety, and the occupational and psychological well-being of employees.
